The sauna is constructed from a 42mm thick, planed, and dried pine or spruce beam. The roof is made of fiberglass, ensuring a durable and reliable structure. The exterior of the sauna can be selected from our list of options.
It comes assembled and ready to use

The sauna cleanses the skin:
Heat bathing is one of the oldest beauty and/or health strategies for skin cleansing. When the body begins to produce sweat through deep perspiration, the skin is cleansed and dead skin cells are replaced, keeping your skin in good working order. Perspiration removes bacteria from the epidermal layer and sweat ducts. Cleansing pores has been shown to improve capillary circulation while giving the skin a softer appearance.

The modern sauna is a simple, unpainted room with wooden walls and benches. An electric heater filled with stones maintains the temperature at around 90°C at floor level and the door at around 185°C at the top. Unlike Turkish baths, Finnish saunas are very dry. Humidity levels are only 10 to 20%. Water drains through the floor to keep things dry. In a good sauna, an efficient ventilation system refreshes the air 3 to 8 times per hour.
SAUNAS BURN CALORIES

While some people may experience a significant number of calories burned initially—especially those who are out of shape to begin with—in the long run, saunas are simply treated as one of many tools in our arsenal when it comes to burning extra calories. The sweating process itself requires a considerable amount of energy. This energy comes from the conversion of fats and carbohydrates in a calorie-burning bodily process. According to U.S. Army Medical Research (Ward Dean, MD), "A moderately conditioned person can easily sweat 500 grams in a sauna in a single session, consuming nearly 300 calories in the process." The body consumes these calories due to the increased heart rate (the cardiovascular aspect). As heart rate increases and these processes require more oxygen, the body begins to convert more calories into usable energy.
