The wall structure consists of the following units
1, 2, 3rd layer
a multicoloured 3D pool surface, which is a Gelcoat (first layer of polyester gel) applied in the following layers by an injection technique.
Fourth layer
: The application of the Barriercoat is followed by a buffer layer of vinyl ester resin (vinyl acetate resin), finished with fiberglass. This layer is the first guarantee of the entire structure, ensuring long-term resistance to osmosis and exceptional mechanical properties.
5th layer:
a special blend of vinyl ester resin – a chemical core material, also developed for osmosis resistance. This blend utilizes the results of cutting-edge research and advanced nanotechnology. (ceramic wall)
6th layer:
a regular fiberglass-reinforced polyester frame.
7th layer:
Reinforced with extra-flexible and shock-absorbing aramid fiber
8th layer
regular fiberglass reinforced polyester frame.
9th layer:
PU (polyurethane) foam insulation
