In 2020, Zray innovated with two Ultra All Round double-chamber boards: the D1 and the D2. The second chamber undeniably provides essential qualities to these two models, making them safer and stiffer. They offer improved glide and responsiveness. Accessible to beginners and perfect for more experienced riders seeking performance and responsiveness, the Zray X-Rider D1 10.0 is the ideal board for all levels. Its 305 cm length makes it super easy to maneuver, while its 32″ (81.3 cm) width ensures great stability.
Suitable for riders, both men and women, weighing between 45 and 115 kg, the board is designed to guarantee maximum safety and stability, and you can use it in a very wide range of conditions!
The Zray SUP board features a dual-chamber construction, making it lightweight, flexible, and easy to handle
– The “double chamber” system: the boards consist of two separate (but interconnected) air chambers that inflate independently. In addition to being an important safety feature – the second chamber acting as a buoyancy reserve (representing 50% of the board's volume) – the presence of two separate chambers has a seemingly paradoxical effect: overall rigidity is further improved compared to other ranges. This is due to two internal stringers that border the structure of the second chamber. This does not hinder the SUP's folding: as with Dropstitch technology, which structures the core of the two chambers, rigidity is only effective once the board is pressurized.
The double chamber therefore allows for ISO6185 certification (which distinguishes these boards from simple inflatable beach toys) and GS certification (German safety standard).
