HIGH PRESSURE Construction – 100% Drop Stitch
Thousands of polyester threads connect the two layers of reinforced PVC in the kayak's floor and side tubes.
Inflated to high pressure – 8 Psi in the floor and on the sides – these filaments tighten and provide increased rigidity to the canoe; this is Drop Stitch technology.
Despite being very affordable, Zray pays particular attention to the filament density of its boards for increased strength. This new Drop Stitch construction allows for an build ultralight while simultaneously increasing the kayak's rigidity.
