Made from single-layer or double-layer Dropstitch with a stringer, and available in single or double chambers, the entire range features an additional layer on the rail to ensure product durability. Furthermore, the Zray concept focuses on manufacturing 15cm thick inflatable boards to guarantee maximum rigidity
Building a Zray R1 Rapid
Zray boards are manufactured using Drop-Stitch technology. Drop-Stitch is a weave made of thousands of polyester threads that ensures maximum rigidity under pressure. All Zray boards are also double-layered along the entire rail and feature a 4mm thick EVA pad for added comfort.
The Race/Touring RC1 and RC2 models are further stiffened by two essential construction elements: firstly, a second layer of military-grade reinforced PVC that strengthens the board, and secondly, carbon fiber strips that act as stringers and give the board an extraordinary stiffness!
