A 3% administrative fee is applied in the event of order cancellation before delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer once the order has been delivered or is in transit in the event of order cancellation. The website is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility. ARTICLE 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This contract is governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Malmö City Court of Appeal shall have exclusive jurisdiction

ARTICLE 12: User-Generated Content The site allows members to post comments. In their posts, members agree to comply with the rules of netiquette and applicable laws. The site moderates posts before publication and reserves the right to refuse to publish them, without having to justify its decision to the member. The member retains full ownership of their intellectual property rights.
